On a hot summers day when you are all sticky and hot and bothered try this really easy to make spritz, in a clean spray bottle fill it almost full of water and then drop in a few drops of peppermint oil and a few drops of eucalyptus oil (olbas oil will work if you do not have the right essential oils) then liberally spray all over to experience a cooling tingling sensation leaving you feeling cooler as well as refreshed and uplifted! Cheap and easy and works like a treat! Please take care not to get it in your eyes although a small amount should not matter with how diluted it is but better to be safe than sorry!
