Grow Your Own Drugs - James Wong

I bought this book hoping for some useful information about using herbs for healing and have found it to be very useful, the directory of herbs and their uses is helpful and there are also recipes, instructions for making tinctures, salves, teas and decoctions amongst other things! I have a few books on herbs but this one is the most straightforward and easy to use! I missed the TV programme but heard great things about it and the book has been a brilliant addition to my collection!
