I suffer with fibromyalgia and ME/CFS andover the years have found some useful tips, olbas oil (or other inhalant oil) rubbed into your joints helps to ease the pain, a spot of lavender oil on your pillow helps with sleep, rubbing vicks into your feet and then putting socks on helps with restless leg syndrome and also not walking on cold floors without shoes on helps that! Reiki works wonders on all the symptoms and carrying a malachite crystal or wearing malachite jewellery helps too! I will post some other tips too when I get the chance!
